On August 8^th 2023, Technoprobe finalized the acquisition of Harbor Electronics Inc.

Harbor Electronics, a company founded in the ‘80s in Santa Clara, California, is a leading manufacturer of advanced printed circuit boards for testing systems for major semiconductor manufacturers.

This acquisition allows our Group to further strength its technological skills in the field of testing and to vertically integrate the probe card production process, bringing PCB production expertise in-house.

Harbor has approximately 180 employees, is based in the United States (with 2 facilities in California – Santa Clara and Fremont), along with 3 design centers in England, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
