Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is the one who can directly or indirectly be identified, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, a location data, an online identifier or to one or more specific factors to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (C26, C27, C30).

Navigation data

This website acquires some personal data that can be transmitted: these information are not directly linked to an identified person but could refer to if drawn up with third parties’ collected data.

Among them: IP addresses, Uniform Resource Identifiers URI, time of request, dimension of server response, code of server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to customer’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are only used to draw anonymous site statistic information and to check its correct operating status; they are immediately erased after being elaborated.

Customer’s Data voluntarily furnished

The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail dispatching to this website will lead to the acquisition of sender’ address or other provided personal data in order to reply to applications.

Specific information will be embedded during browsing on particular pages and for some services available upon request.

Data conferral

Data conferral is necessary to send requests to data controller. The missed conferral will prevent from obtaining what requested or to benefit from data controller services.

 

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

Provided personal data will be shared with recipients who will process them as data processors (art. 28 Reg. UE 2016/679) and/or as natural person acting under the controller or processor’s authority (art. 29 Reg. UE 2016/679) for former purposes. Namely, data will be communicated to:

  • Subjects providing services for the information system management and communication networks (including E-mail boxes);
  • Offices or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
  • Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
  • In case of Administrative and accounting purposes, data could be transmitted to business information companies evaluating solvency and payment habits and/or relating to debt collection.
  • Group companies

Subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories act as data Processors or in complete autonomy as separate data Controllers.

 

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

Personal data may be transferred to a third Country within or outside the European Union, subject to the limits and conditions set forth by art. 44 and subsequent articles of the UE Regulation 2016/679, in order to comply with purposes related to the transfer.

You have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller the access to your personal data, request their rectification, erasure or processing restriction. Furthermore you have the right to object anytime to your personal data processing (automated meaning included , in ex. profiling), as well as to data portability.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, in case you consider your data processing in contrast with Reg. UE 2016/679, pursuant to article 15 lett. f) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and, pursuant to article 6 paragraph no. 1, lett. a) (consent) and article 9, paragraph no. 2, lett. a) (single purpose consent on particular data processing), you have the right to revoke your expressed consent at any time. In exercising your right to data portability, the Data Controller may provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

 

Amendments

Data controller reserves the right to modify, to adjourn, to add or to remove parts of the present informative on the privacy.
