Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is the one who can directly or indirectly be identified, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, a location data, an online identifier or to one or more specific factors to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (C26, C27, C30).
This website acquires some personal data that can be transmitted: these information are not directly linked to an identified person but could refer to, if drawn up with third parties’ collected data.
Among them: IP addresses, Uniform Resource Identifiers URI,time of request, dimension of server response, code of server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to customer’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are only used to anonymously draw site statistic information and to check its correct operating status; they are immediately cancelled after the elaboration.
Customers’ Data voluntarily furnished
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail dispatching to this site will lead to the acquisition of sender’ address or other provided personal data in order to reply to the application.
Specific information related to particular services will be provided during browsing or available upon request.
Data conferral is necessary to send requests to data controller. A missed conferral will prevent from obtaining what requested or to benefit from data controller services.

You have the right, at any time, to obtain from Data Controller the access to your personal data, request their rectification, erasure or processing restriction. Furthermore you have the right to object anytime to your personal data processing (automated meaning included , in ex. profiling), as well as to data portability.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, in case you consider your data processing in contrast with Reg. UE 2016/679, pursuant to article 15 lett. f) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In exercising your right to data portability, the Data Controller may provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
