Senior Product Marketing Manager
Description
The Sr. Product Manager is the “owner” of all aspects of the product from concept to end-of-life. This person defines new product ideas using their knowledge of market dynamics, customer needs and technology readiness to define the right products to meet business objectives. This is a customer-facing role where you build relationships at all customer levels.
Responsibilities
– Engaging customers to collect customer and market requirements
– Defining new products and internal processes (product requirements, business case, competitive outlook, early sample execution)
– Managing core aspects of product for the full life cycle – target applications, pricing, market opportunity
– Aligning with the field team to drive and support RFQ/RFD activity (directing team to where product fits, providing pricing and technical support to close deals)
– Coordinating with Sr. Management to ensure new products fit into overall product roadmap
– Responsibilities also include public speaking at industry events
– Global role with domestic and international travel
Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in product marketing management in the semiconductor field specifically in wafer test
– Understanding of semiconductor test hardware life-cycles
– Aptitude and judgement to prioritize activities to achieve overall goals
– An “ownership” mind set where you feel responsible for the overall success of the product
– Knowledgeable in High Speed / RF testing at wafer level
– Ability to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries
– Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both internal teams and well as end users
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture, high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of deliverables to meet overall team goals
– BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required; MS preferred
