- Provide an effective interface for all quality requirements to customers.
- Analyse specific customer requirements and their implementation by the relevant company departments.
- Manage complaints, coordinating the internal departments involved (8D Report, etc.)
- Monitor quality of products and services provided by preparing the required reports.
- Manage Product Change Notifications in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Support foreign sites for all Customer Quality needs.
- High school diploma or degree in electronics, mechanics, physics, chemistry or another technical or scientific field.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Interest in deepening knowledge of the product’s technical characteristics and company processes.
- Good knowledge of English.
