  • Provide an effective interface for all quality requirements to customers.
  • Analyse specific customer requirements and their implementation by the relevant company departments.
  • Manage complaints, coordinating the internal departments involved (8D Report, etc.)
  • Monitor quality of products and services provided by preparing the required reports.
  • Manage Product Change Notifications in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Support foreign sites for all Customer Quality needs.



  •  High school diploma or degree in electronics, mechanics, physics, chemistry or another technical or scientific field.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Interest in deepening knowledge of the product’s technical characteristics and company processes.
  • Good knowledge of English.
