- Provide an effective interface for all quality requirements towards customers.
- Analysis of the specific needs of the customer and their implementation by the relevant company functions.
- Complaints management, coordinating the internal functions involved (8D Report, …).
- Monitoring of the quality of the products and services provided with the preparation of the required reports.
- Management of Product Change Notifications in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Support to foreign sites for all customer quality needs.
- High school diploma or degree in electronics, mechanics, physics, chemistry or other technical or scientific field.
- Good interpersonal and exhibition skills, both interpersonal and through reports and presentations.
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Interest in deepening the knowledge of the technical characteristics and business processes of the product.
- Fluent English
