  • Provide an effective interface for all quality requirements towards customers.
  • Analysis of the specific needs of the customer and their implementation by the relevant company functions.
  • Complaints management, coordinating the internal functions involved (8D Report, …).
  • Monitoring of the quality of the products and services provided with the preparation of the required reports.
  • Management of Product Change Notifications in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Support to foreign sites for all customer quality needs.


  • High school diploma or degree in electronics, mechanics, physics, chemistry or other technical or scientific field.
  • Good interpersonal and exhibition skills, both interpersonal and through reports and presentations.
  • Problem solving aptitude.
  • Interest in deepening the knowledge of the technical characteristics and business processes of the product.
  • Fluent English
