MAINTENANCE AND AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of automation systems and deviceds developed in-house and those purchased on a turnkey basis
  • Maintenance management of vacuum equipment
  • Coordination of the maintenance of external suppliers
  • Design and development of machine upgrades for improved maintenance
  • First level troubleshooting of automatic system control software (PLC, SCADA of all different types, HMI etc.)
  • Development of prototypes of process machines for engineering use in the relevant production technology areas.
  • Such development may be carried out in collaboration with external companies or autonomously
  • Support to the verification of the compliance of developed and purchased machines with EC directives.
  • Development of technical project documentation and training for operators.
  • Support for the definition and implementation of the maintenance management software tool.
  • Monitoring and reporting of machine downtime data.
