     rectangular).
·    Very fine pitch (Hole dimensions down to 30 µm, min. linear pitch 40µm)
·    Drilled area up to 12" in diameter with position accuracy better than 5um.
·    Very fast lead time (example: 3 Working days up to 15.000 holes in an array
     configuration)
