Technoprobe introduced very significant improvements about the ROUTE99™
technology reaching the best performance of the most advanced vertical
technologies. The new materials and the new technical solutions
guarantee the maximum reliability over time. The minimum pitch
reachable by our technology is 95µm, with an active area of
8" x 8", to test a 8" wafer in only 1 touch.
ROUTE60™ Technology
The ROUTE60™ is our
answer to reduce the pitch of vertical probing. This very advanced
vertical technology can easily reach 60µm pitch. Our
revolutionary concept and design guarantees the same reliability of 3
mils probes, even considering such a fine pitch. We are sure that this
approach will change also your design rules, opening possibilities
never explored.
